OnePlus 3 Launch & Specs.

OnePlus has now officially confirmed about the OnePlus 3 Flagship Killer Mobile Phone launch via VR on 14th June. Another good news for OnePlus fans that there will be no "Invite System" for its all future product launch. The Co-founder of OnePlus smartphone company Carl Pie has announced that OnePlus 3 will be launched on 14th June. During the first 2 hours of launch, the smartphone will exclusively available on the Loop for purchase. Launch will be start at 10PM (IST) in India.

OnePlus 3 will feature a new 'design'. Leaked image of OnePlus 3 shows that the OnePlus drop the SandStone back that have been the distinguishing feature of the OnePlus Flagship mobile phones since the past two years for an all metal design.

The device looks sleek & shouts premium. The image though confirms the three stage alert slider button, USB type C & a front placed fingerprint scanner.

The OnePlus 3 is expected to arrive flaunting a 5.5 inch sized display but few leaks have suggested that it will be an "AMOLED" one. The display will have full HD resolution.

OnePlus 3 will come with latest & most powerful Snapdragon 820 Processor. As per the leak, the OnePlus 3 smartphone will come in two different RAM & Storage variants - 4GB / 6GB LPDDR4 RAM & 32GB/ 64GB internal storage. Micro SD card slot will probably be missing this year too.

It is expected to have 16MP primary camera on the rear side with dual tone LED Flash on OnePlus 3. Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) & 4K Video Recording feature is also expected to be there. It will have 8MP selfie camera on the front side.

There are two versions of S8; the one named Samsung Galaxy S8 which comes with 5.8 inch display & the another one is Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus with 6.2 inch screen. Now you can pre-order both from today & it will start shipping on 21st April in US. Pricing, as always with Samsung, you can expect them to command a premium price. On S8, it extends up & down to cover nearly the entire front of the phone. It also curves around the left & right, something Samsung is calling  " Infinity Display " which gives it the look of not having any bezels at all. The four corners of the screen are also slightly curved instead of squared-off, which ad...

Describing a New Breed of Cross-Platform Mobile Apps

Sometimes it feels like we’ve been arguing over which is better, a native app or a hybrid app, since the beginning of time, with dire consequences predicted for anyone who chose incorrectly. But a lot has changed since 2012. First of all, HTML5 support is now so ubiquitous that even the term itself has begun to sound like an anachronism. Nobody really touts their HTML5 support anymore — it’s simply assumed. In terms of mobile app development, the landscape has changed dramatically too. The native development landscape changed significantly with introduction of  Swift . This eliminated one of the major “pain points” of doing native development, at least according to some — Objective C. Cordova  (aka PhoneGap) has  improved for hybrid development , as has the WebViews that it relies upon for both  iOS  and  Android . Projects like Crosswalk  have even smoothed out the fragmentation issue that famously plagued Android. In addition, a large numb...
